Alexandr (Sasha) Miniouchine

Analyst

Alexandr (Sasha) Miniouchine is an analyst with FMI Capital Advisors working with the employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) advisory team. He helps clients through ESOP transactions as well as valuations, assembling marketing materials and facilitating due diligence.

Before joining FMI, he was an analyst intern at Dinan & Company, LLC, working on the sell-side M&A team in Phoenix. He worked on a variety of M&A transactions across several industries, including, but not limited to, health care, technology, real estate, logistics and construction.
