Program Operations Manager

Alli is a program operations manager, providing regional leadership for the planning and execution of the Leadership Institute and Field Leader Institute. She partners closely with program directors to drive operational excellence, oversee onsite logistics and vendor coordination, and coach the teams who support program delivery. From pre-event planning and materials management to post-event reporting and quality follow-up, she ensures consistent, high-quality client experiences while supporting registration, web site accuracy, and key operational budget and invoicing processes.

Before joining FMI, Alli worked in client relations for a luxury travel company and as a wedding coordinator at a venue in Lafayette, Colorado.
