Andrew Dibala

Andrew Dibala is an associate with FMI Capital Advisors, the investment banking division of FMI Corp. He is responsible for providing financial analysis, industry research and company evaluation on mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining FMI, Andrew was an associate with SLATE Partners, an M&A advisory firm serving the building products and building services industries that was acquired by FMI Capital Advisors in 2022. Prior that that, he was a senior analyst in the turnaround and restructuring group at Ernst & Young where he was responsible for bankruptcy restructurings, operational turnarounds and M&A due diligence across a variety of industries. Andrew also held consulting positions with National Planning Holdings and Curian Capital.
