As a leadership and organizational development consultant, Courtney focuses on helping organizations navigate change, strengthen talent strategies, and build effective, high-performing teams. Her work centers on organizational transformation, leadership development, change management, and program design, with a particular emphasis on aligning people strategies to business goals. Courtney is deeply passionate about developing leaders at all levels and creating systems and cultures that allow individuals and organizations to thrive.

Prior to joining FMI, Courtney worked at multiple Big 4 consulting firms focused on human capital and organizational change as well as held leadership roles across higher education and nonprofit organizations. She has led large, cross-functional teams, designed and delivered leadership and career development programs for thousands of participants, and partnered with senior executives on strategy, organizational restructuring, and workforce transformation initiatives. Across her career, Courtney has gained extensive experience in coaching, talent development, and organizational change, working closely with diverse stakeholders to drive sustainable impact and meaningful growth.

Courtney has a unique passion for the industries FMI serves and completed her doctoral dissertation focused on exploring career paths for women working in male dominated industries such as construction, commercial real estate, and investment banking.
