Erin Huggins

Erin Huggins is a programs coordinator with FMI’s Training Institute, where she supports the logistics, materials, and administrative processes for client training, workshops and leadership development programs. She coordinates registration, participant communications and program follow-up to help ensure a seamless participant experience.

Prior to joining FMI, Erin served as a senior program associate with a nonprofit organization, where she planned and executed educational initiatives and community development events across Colorado. She managed logistics, budgets and performance tracking while strengthening stakeholder engagement to drive continuous improvement.
