Jillian Bowlin

Jillian Bowlin is a principal in the leadership and organizational development practice who helps develop exceptional leaders by coaching and training them on the skills they need to be successful. With a collaborative and consultative mindset, Jillian uses immersive content to help new and experienced leaders build on their existing strengths through practical application exercises to create transformational outcomes for their organizations and themselves.

Prior to joining FMI, Jillian helped grow a startup training agency where she led cross-functional teams and operations management. She has spent the past 20 years of her career focused on people development across many disciplines and roles. As a training designer and facilitator, she's been passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that drive the right behavior changes. She uses her leadership experience and strategic thinking to support others to do their best work so they can live their best lives.
