Jillian Bowlin
Principal
Jillian Bowlin is a principal in FMI’s training practice, where she leads the design and delivery of learning experiences that strengthen leadership, performance, and execution across the built environment. She partners closely with clients to translate strategy into practical capability, helping teams operate more effectively in real work environments.
In her role, Jillian works with clients to assess organizational needs, internal resources, and business priorities to determine the most effective development approach. Solutions may include FMI’s training programs, fully tailored learning experiences, or a combination of both. She collaborates across FMI and with external partners as needed to build training solutions that fit the client’s context and capacity, rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all model.
With more than 20 years of experience in talent development and training, Jillian brings deep expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and immersive learning. She leads and coordinates teams with capabilities in curriculum development, project management, and program delivery. Their approach is grounded in real-world application, highly relevant, and designed to produce lasting change. Jillian’s background in curriculum development and cross-functional leadership helps guide the team in developing programs that drive measurable results while supporting long-term organizational goals.
