Neil Lynch

Neil Lynch is the human resources coordinator, focused on benefit administration, working with employees on benefit education, claims issues and qualifying life events.

He started his career as a mutual fund accountant with State Street Corporation and worked with American Student Assistance as a process improvement analyst and internal auditor. Most recently, he served as a human resources generalist for Orion Talent. There he provided onboarding, offboarding and benefits support.
