Sarah Schneeberger

Sarah Schneeberger is part of the Peer Groups team at FMI, helping industry leaders collaborate on ways to improve their strategies and reach their goals. She is responsible for coordinating events and meetings for small groups of construction industry companies, providing opportunities for networking, expanding their personal and professional growth, and improving their businesses.

Before joining FMI, Sarah worked for a private insurance company managing a caseload of 300 Medicaid members and coordinating homecare services to meet their needs. She has also worked as an administrative assistant for the Erie County, New York, Office of Personnel working with the public and staff to provide services. She started her career coordinating events for political candidates in western New York, juggling various requests in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
