LOD Fellow

As a leadership and organizational development fellow, Tess creates content for leadership training and supports client engagements. She enjoys designing sessions that are focused on the participant learning, bringing her background in education and professional development along with her deep expertise in facilitation. Tess is most passionate about improving work experiences through coaching and trainings around communication and collaboration. She is eager to make learning interesting and enjoyable and is laser-focused on connecting outcomes to clients’ needs.

A New York native, Tess brings extensive experiences in the educational startup and nonprofit industries where she provided dozens of trainings for teachers, administrators and high school students. She is a connector at heart and always looks for ways to support individuals’ growth and learning trajectories.
