Alisa Bennett

As an associate consultant, Alisa Bennett consults with clients and colleagues around leadership, organizational development and thought leadership content. Alisa works to help others become more conscious and effective leaders and to help teams collaborate to meet organizational challenges. She enjoys developing strong business cultures and building meaningful relationships, connections and trust to help uncover potential.

Before joining FMI, Alisa worked as a leadership consultant serving health systems, local governments and universities across the country. She designed and developed tailored content to support organizational goals, strategic alignment and conflict management. She particularly enjoys helping develop high-performing teams.
