Senior Consultant

As a senior consultant in FMI’s compensation consulting practice, Amber Duncan is responsible for advising clients on best practices in compensation and designing competitive compensation programs. Amber’s experience includes developing executive and staff rewards philosophies and providing guidance on aligning compensation programs with company goals and metrics.   

Clients benefit from Amber’s considerable expertise analyzing the competitiveness of total rewards, designing compensation programs, including salary structures and short- and long-term incentive plans, conducting FLSA audits and pay equity reviews, and assisting with performance management design.    

Before joining FMI, Amber was a director of compensation consulting at a national professional services firm.
