Brooke Navarro

Brooke Navarro is a managing director at FMI Capital Advisors and brings extensive experience as an investment banker and an entrepreneur in the manufacturing industry to her role. She has advised on more than $50 billion in transactions for public and private companies through capital raises, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other deals.

Prior to joining FMI, Brooke was the founder and CEO of Without A Trace Foods, a snack food manufacturing and distribution company. Before starting her own company, Brooke was a managing director in the investment banking division of Barclays where she spent more than 10 years working with companies in the industrial, technology and telecom sectors.

Brooke grew up in a family-owned welding and metal fabrication business and has a deep understanding of the issues faced by privately held industrial companies.
