Carter Wierda

Carter Wierda is an associate with FMI Capital Advisors. He is responsible for company valuation, financial analysis, market and industry research, prospective buyer research and overall support for FMI’s investment banking team.

Prior to FMI, Carter worked in strategic finance for Centric Brands, a portfolio company of Blackstone, where he managed forecasting and sensitivity analysis in regards to cash flow management, business development and strategic planning. Previously, he was an investment banking analyst at Fidus Partners, where he provided merger and acquisition advisory services for clients across various industries including business and healthcare services, building products and industrial manufacturing.
