Catherine Jennings

As a programs operations director, Catherine supports FMI's professional development programs, managing the experience and logistics for the Leadership Institute and Field Leadership Institute programs.

Before joining FMI Catherine served as a career coach for the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, supporting undergraduate students in achieving their professional goals through one-on-one coaching. She also taught an undergraduate course and held roles as an organizational development consultant and talent acquisition professional.
