Eric Mills

Eric Mills is an analyst with FMI Capital Advisors responsible for supporting senior bankers in all aspects of the mergers and acquisitions process. His main responsibilities include conducting market research, assembling marketing materials, financial analysis and facilitating due diligence.

Prior to joining FMI, Eric worked as an associate at Barnes Dennig, a public accounting firm in Cincinnati. While there, Eric assisted in buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisition projects, business valuation and quality of earnings analysis across the construction and manufacturing industries.
