Jennifer Jones

As executive coaching operations director, Jennifer Jones leads FMI's executive coaching practice and works with clients to maximize their leadership effectiveness. She works extensively with the executive coaching practice at FMI and has responsibility for revenue growth and budgeting. Jennifer also oversees the quality of all of FMI’s coaching engagements to create optimal client outcomes. 

While Jennifer understands the numerous benefits of leadership training programs, she is most passionate about the transformational development that is possible when leaders are open to taking a deeper look at their leadership styles and discovering new possibilities by teaming with an executive coach.  

She has extensive experience working with senior leaders and understands their unique challenges. Jennifer’s primary focus is providing executive coaching for leaders to better understand the impact their personalities and natural abilities have on their business relationships. Jennifer has written articles published in the FMI Quarterly, including: “Blowing the Whistle: The Buzz on Executive Coaching” and “More Is More: Leaders Coached Simultaneously Means Exponential Impact.”
