She specializes in creating repeatable and scalable processes for market planning, pursuit positioning, proposal development and relationship management to optimize business performance.

With a background in engineering and construction marketing and business development, Julie brings a relatable perspective to her collaborative business partnerships. She has a common understanding of the work and a willingness to persevere until the objectives are achieved.
