Kailyn Mangrum

Kailyn Mangrum is responsible for executing merger and acquisition advisory for a variety of companies across the engineering and construction industry with a focus on the contractor and construction services space. Her role includes company valuation, financial analysis, market and industry research, prospective buyer research and overall support for FMI’s investment banking team.

Prior to FMI, Kailyn worked as a health care and pharmaceutical credit analyst at Fitch Ratings where she covered a portfolio of 18 health care credits focused on the outpatient provider and clinical research organization subsectors. She performed due diligence and credit analyses for companies and wrote various sector-specific research publications during her five years at the firm. Before that, Kailyn managed the daily operations and business development efforts at a family-owned residentail construction and investment company in North Carolina. She began her career as a treasury sales analyst at Bank of America.
