Kemmia Ghodrat

As a leadership and organizational development fellow, Kem creates content for leadership training and supports client engagements. She contributes to the thought leadership team, bringing her background in hospitality to new frameworks and model development. Kem is most passionate about improving work experiences by promoting and enhancing positive company cultures.

A Raleigh native and Wolfpack enthusiast, Kem brings extensive experiences in the hospitality and event management industries where she coordinated large events for NC State University and worked with a luxury wedding-planning company in Raleigh. Kem also worked with executive leaders at NC State and a global nonprofit in Connecticut.
