Kyle Coleman

Kyle Coleman has a decade of investment banking and corporate finance experience, advising public and private companies on mergers, acquisitions, sales, divestitures, capital markets transactions and other strategic initiatives. Throughout his career, Kyle has gaining substantial deal experience through his positions at premier financial institutions, contributing to transaction execution and advisory services across diverse industries. 

As a director in FMI's Energy & Industrials Services investment banking group, Kyle specializes in leading M&A transaction advisory engagements for companies that offer products and services across the upstream, midstream and downstream energy value chain, as well as related process industries. 

Prior to joining FMI, Kyle worked in the investment banking divisions at Barclays and Goldman Sachs where he supported industrials clients on a range of high-impact advisory and capital markets transactions. Kyle's prior experience also includes corporate development, corporate finance and financial planning & analysis for a high-growth startup and a Fortune 100 company.
