Lauren Braud

Practice Coordinator

Lauren Braud supports the business operations and consultants for the Leadership and Organizational Development consulting practice at FMI. Whether it is planning for an upcoming Ownership Transfer and Management Succession (OTMS) program, monthly invoicing or daily scheduling logistics, Lauren accomplishes these tasks with rapt attention and enthusiasm for serving FMI’s clients in the built environment.

Lauren joined FMI in 2016 as an administrative coordinator with a professional background in hospitality, technology and professional services, supporting company visionaries who also have an operational focus.

She remains involved with her alma mater as a member of the alumni council for the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (CAHSS) for the University of Denver.
