Mark Flournoy

Mark Flournoy is a senior consultant in FMI's strategy practice, leading engagements for private equity clients in commercial due diligence, thesis development and go-to-market strategy. He leverages nearly a decade of private markets experience to help a broad range of firms drive value creation during complex transactions.

Prior to FMI, Mark led private equity research at an outsourced investment manager for endowments and foundations in Washington, D.C. In this role he served on the investment committee and oversaw fund manager due diligence. Mark began his career at Cambridge Associates.
