Mitch Weaver

Mitch Weaver is an associate with FMI Capital Advisors, FMI Corporation’s investment banking subsidiary. Mitch is responsible for company valuation, financial analysis, market and industry research, prospective buyer research and overall support for FMI’s investment banking team across the utility and communication infrastructure, construction and engineering spaces.

Prior to joining FMI, Mitch served as a senior analyst for Santé Ventures, an early-stage health care venture capital firm. Mitch also worked on the corporate development team at MyEyeDr., where he evaluated acquisition opportunities in the optometric and optical retail industries. Mitch began his career as an investment banking analyst at Oppenheimer & Co., where he focused on providing merger and acquisition advisory and capital raising services for clients in the rental services industry.
