Phil Bellis

Senior Consultant

Phil Bellis is a senior consultant in FMI’s strategy practice, specializing in advising building products manufacturers. He brings experience from across the built environment to evaluate market opportunities, refine growth strategies, and align product portfolios / performance with the needs of contractors, engineers and owners.

Before joining FMI, Phil was a structural engineer in New York City, where he worked in both the design office and the field. His work focused on high-profile, complex projects, including the MSG Sphere in Las Vegas. This background informs a holistic, practical understanding of the AEC industry and how building products are evaluated, specified, and ultimately used by project teams.
