Rachel Kiaski

Director of People

In her role as director of people, Rachel partners with stakeholders and leaders to support engaged, high-performing teams, while leading initiatives to create employee programs with a focus on diversity, inclusion and belonging. She provides guidance on performance management, employee and leadership development, while ensuring legal compliance and best practices in human resources are achieved. She also acts as a partner to talent acquisition to attract, recruit and onboard a skilled workforce. She serves as the primary administrator for the human resources management tool.

Rachel has more than 25 years of human resources experience across various industries. Prior to joining FMI, she held human resources roles in industries including higher education, distribution, private security, nonprofit and full service recruiting.
