Ryan Donnelly

Ryan Donnelly is responsible for executing merger and acquisition advisory and capital formation engagements for a variety of companies across the engineering and construction space.

His work focuses on helping clients with valuations, ownership transfer issues, and mergers and acquisitions, including both seller and buyer representation.  

Ryan began his career as an associate at Piper Jaffray & Co., advising clients on various initiatives, including strategic acquisitions. He also served as an officer in the U.S. Army with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.
