Compensation Analyst

Ryan Stanford assists the compensation team in analyzing and designing compensation programs to help solve business needs involving base pay and incentive plans to help clients in attracting, motivating, retaining and engaging their employees. He brings knowledge of market pricing, bonus programs and job architecture frameworks from his background as a compensation analyst.

He joined FMI in 2023 after working as a compensation analyst at North Highland where he supported the global consulting firm and was responsible for salary surveys, pay analyses and administering compensation programs. Ryan previously worked as a compensation analyst in the hospitality and consulting industries. His responsibilities included benchmarking jobs, administering bonus programs and implementing job architecture frameworks. Prior to his compensation experience, Ryan worked at TeleTech (TTEC) as a financial analyst. He was responsible for analyzing segment performance and providing data-driven insights to the TTEC Digital leadership team.
