Sarah Schaible

Consultant

As a consultant in the Leadership and Organizational Development practice, Sarah supports client engagements as a project manager and facilitator. Additionally, she plays an integral role in advancing FMI's thought leadership about best practices in leadership and talent development. Sarah channels her passion for improving employees' work experiences into helping organizations and individuals maximize their potential through leadership development, selection and succession management.

Prior to joining FMI, Sarah largely focused on leveraging the power of assessments to enhance organizations' selection systems and leadership development processes, in particular helping one of North Carolina’s major public safety organizations implement promotion processes. Later, Sarah continued her work in the assessment space, designing leadership development experiences and offerings in alignment with a startup organization's newly developed personality assessment. Sarah also worked as an independent consultant helping executives process assessment and feedback results, identify opportunities for improvement and craft tailored development plans.
