Scott Kimpland

Scott Kimpland is a trusted advisor to many labor-intensive contractors. Equipped with a deep knowledge of the industry and expertise in all aspects of construction operations, he helps clients develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance and productivity. Scott has worked with many of the industry’s leading specialty trade contractors, highway and paving contractors, and self-performing construction firms, and is recognized as an industry expert in operational improvement. 

Over his 33-year career at FMI, Scott has held many key leadership positions and been a member of FMI’S board of directors. He is member of various contractor advisory boards, and is an experienced speaker and thought leader on construction productivity and operational excellence.
