Stephanie McKee analyzes and designs competitive compensation programs to help solve business needs around base pay compensation and short-term and long-term incentive plans to assist clients in attracting, motivating, retaining and engaging their employees. She brings knowledge of compensation practices and programs from a variety of industry experience in the areas of broad base compensation, executive compensation, short-term and long-term incentive plan design.

She joined FMI in 2018 after working as a compensation analyst at a large international consulting firm, where she helped a multitude of clients in varying industries with competitive pay practices for their employees and executives.

Stephanie worked in various compensation roles, most recently with a large national healthcare provider where she managed the compensation program for all employees. Prior to her healthcare experience, Stephanie worked at Willis Towers Watson as a consulting compensation analyst assisting clients in the for-profit and non-profit spaces with broad based compensation and executive compensation analyses relevant to each individual client’s needs.
