Stephanie McCabe

Stephanie McCabe analyzes and designs competitive compensation programs to help solve business needs around total compensation packages to assist clients in attracting, motivating, retaining and engaging their employees. She brings knowledge of compensation practices and programs in the areas of broad based compensation, executive compensation and short-term incentive plan design.

Prior to joining FMI, Stephanie worked in various compensation roles, most recently with a large national health care provider, where she managed the compensation program for all employees and physicians. Stephanie also worked at Willis Towers Watson as a consulting compensation analyst on their compensation and rewards team, assisting a variety of clients in the for-profit and nonprofit spaces with executive compensation and broad based compensation analyses relevant to each individual client’s needs.
