Brooke Navarro Joins FMI Capital Advisors as Managing Director

FMI Capital Advisors, Inc., a leading investment banking firm for companies that work and invest in the built environment, announces the addition of Brooke Navarro as Managing Director. Navarro is based in the Raleigh, North Carolina office, where she will be covering Industrials, as well as supporting other investment banking sectors. Navarro brings extensive experience to the company as an investment banker and an entrepreneur in the manufacturing industry.

Prior to joining FMI Capital Advisors, Navarro was founder and CEO of an allergen-friendly snack food manufacturing and distribution company, Without a Trace Foods. Before entrepreneurship, she worked for 10 years at Barclays Investment Bank as a Managing Director for Equity Capital Markets, where she focused on Industrials, Technology and Telecom. She also previously served as Head of Business Development and Capital Markets at tZero, a blockchain-based capital markets platform. During her career, she has advised on more than $50 billion in transactions for public and private companies through capital raises, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other deals.
