LAS is FMI’s newest program, developed in direct response to what the industry told us it needed most: practical, applied tools for growing the next generation of construction leaders. The Leadership Accelerator Series is intentionally focused, with two intensive days dedicated entirely to talent development skills. The shorter format is designed to be accessible for senior leaders with demanding schedules, without sacrificing depth.

The Leadership Accelerator Series: Developing Talent was built specifically for the construction and engineering industry, where developing talent requires a different approach than most general leadership programs offer. Every tool and framework is grounded in the realities of developing people in a construction firm, from identifying high-potential superintendents to building a culture of feedback, coaching, and intentional delegation.
