Dominic Cervi Joins FMI Capital Advisors as Director

Cervi will expand firm’s coverage across TICC and industrial technology sectors

FMI Capital Advisors, Inc., a leading investment banking firm for companies that work and invest in the built environment, announces the addition of Dominic Cervi as director. Based in FMI’s Denver, Colorado office, Cervi will lead coverage in Testing, Inspection, Certification and Compliance (TICC) and Industrial Technology Services, with additional focus on Test & Measurement and Infrastructure Technologies. He will play a key role in expanding FMI Capital Advisors’ presence and capabilities across these high-growth sectors.

Prior to joining FMI, Cervi served as a vice president at Capstone Partners, where he executed numerous transactions across the industrial technology and building products sectors. His transaction track record includes leading the 2023 Americas Industrial Technology Deal of the Year (Aldinger's sale to Incline Equity Partners) and the Global M&A Deal of the Year (Telesis Technologies’ sale to Hitachi Industrial Equipment Systems), as recognized by M&A Atlas Awards.
