FMI Advises Carolina Environmental Contracting, Inc. in Merger with RES
FMI Capital Advisors is pleased to announce the merger of Carolina Environmental Contracting, Inc. (CEC), a construction firm specializing in stormwater solutions, with RES, the nation’s largest environmental services operating company providing ecological restoration and water resource solutions to the public and private sector. FMI Capital Advisors served as the exclusive financial advisor to CEC for this transaction, which closed on September 30, 2020.
The CEC headquarters office in Mt Airy, NC, will continue its current operations, working closely with RES teams based in Raleigh and other locations across the state and the Southeast Region.
