FMI is pleased to announce the sale of D’Angelo & Sons Roofing & Exteriors (D&S) to Infinity Home Services, Inc. (IHS), a portfolio company of Freeman Spogli & Co. and LightBay Capital. FMI served as the exclusive sell-side financial advisor to D&S for this transaction. Based in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, D&S is a residential roofing and exterior finishing service and maintenance provider.
With more than 40 years of experience, the company provides a wide range of services, including siding replacement, roofing repair and replacement, window and door installation, and other exterior home renovations. IHS is an industry leading multi-brand, national platform providing residential homeowners with repair, replacement and maintenance services for roofing, windows and siding. The transaction establishes IHS’s Canadian platform and expands its footprint throughout North America.
