FMI Advises Fidelity Building Services Group in Acquisition of H.E. Neumann Company

FMI Capital Advisors is pleased to announce that Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity BSG) has acquired H.E. Neumann Company. FMI Capital Advisors served as the exclusive financial advisor to Fidelity BSG for this transaction.

H.E. Neumann Company is a leading provider of commercial, industrial and residential mechanical contracting services throughout the West Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania markets. Through the acquisition, Fidelity BSG enhances its portfolio of integrated technical building services and solutions.

Recently, FMI has witnessed a significant uptick of activity in the mechanical, electric and plumbing (MEP) space. This marks FMI Capital Advisor’s third transaction as Fidelity BSG’s buy-side advisor.
