FMI Capital Advisors is pleased to announce the sale of Geo-Solutions, Inc. (Geo-Solutions) from RAF Industries to Blue Sage Capital. FMI Capital Advisors served as the exclusive sell-side financial advisor to Geo-Solutions for this transaction.

Headquartered in New Kensington, Pennsylvania, Geo-Solutions provides highly complex geotechnical and environmental remediation services, primarily for the infrastructure, utilities, chemical, mining and other industrial end markets.
