FMI Advises Manley Spangler Smith Architects in Sale to PBK Architects
FMI Capital Advisors is pleased to announce the sale of Manley Spangler Smith Architects (MSSA) to PBK Architects (PBK), a DC Capital Partners portfolio company known for its comprehensive services and leadership in the field of educational facilities design. FMI Capital Advisors served as the exclusive financial advisor to MSSA for this transaction.
Established in 1949, MSSA is a Georgia-based, full-service architectural firm specializing in the design of educational facilities. The company partnered with PBK to expand its capabilities and strengthen its position as a leader in the Georgia education design market. The combined firm is now known as MSSA-PBK and has two Georgia office locations.
