FMI Advises Origin Americas on Sale of Subsidiaries to Universal Environmental Services

FMI Capital Advisors is pleased to announce the sale of Origin Americas LLC subsidiaries, Origin Baltimore Recycling LLC and Origin Texas Recycling LLC (together, Origin Recycling), to Universal Environmental Services, LLC (UES). FMI Capital Advisors served as the exclusive financial advisor to Origin Americas on this transaction.

Origin Recycling is an environmental services company focused on the collection, storage and processing of used oil and related services. The Origin Recycling transaction adds seaside terminals to UES’s service capabilities, allowing for the shipping and receiving of cargos on barges and deep-water draft vessels.
