FMI Advises Overland, Pacific & Cutler in Sale to TranSystems

FMI Capital Advisors is pleased to announce the sale of Overland, Pacific & Cutler, LLC (OPC), a portfolio company of Bison Capital, to TranSystems Corp. (TranSystems), a portfolio of Sentinel Capital Partners. FMI Capital Advisors served as the exclusive financial advisor to OPC for this transaction.

Headquartered in Long Beach, California, OPC is a real estate consulting firm that has been delivering right-of-way and related services for more than 40 years for vital infrastructure projects. OPC has 11 offices across California, Arizona, Nevada, and more recently, in Texas and Washington, D.C., serving both public and private sector clients.

“TranSystems’ national footprint and focus on the broader infrastructure and transportation markets will make an excellent platform for right-of-way, relocation and utility coordination services growth,” said Brian Everett, OPC President and CEO. “We see great opportunities for our staff to expand their talents to a broader client base.”

“I relied heavily on the advice of FMI’s team to successfully navigate the challenges and complexities of this transaction,” added Everett. “I cannot imagine a more favorable outcome and partner to help OPC achieve its full potential.”
