FMI Capital Advisors is pleased to announce the sale of Premier Fire & Security, Inc. to an undisclosed buyer. Premier Fire & Security, Inc. is a leading provider of fire protection and security system installation and service in the South-Central United States. FMI Capital Advisors served as the exclusive financial advisor to Premier for this transaction, which closed on July 13,2021.

Founded in 1974, Premier Fire & Security, Inc., originally known as Western Kentucky Sprinkler, has expanded with locations across four states to meet the ever-evolving fire protection and security needs of clients in various industries.
