FMI Advises The Shockey Precast Group On Sale to Metromont Corporation

FMI Capital Advisors, a subsidiary of FMI Corporation, is pleased to announce that Metromont Corporation (“Metromont”) has acquired The Shockey Precast Group (“Shockey Precast”). FMI Capital Advisors acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Shockey Precast.
Shockey Precast manufactures precast parts and pieces and constructs parking structures, mission critical facilities, wall enclosure systems, and sports structures in the mid-Atlantic market. In addition, as a design-assist partner, Shockey Precast specializes in working with the design team at the earliest stages of design development.
Metromont engineers and manufactures structural and architectural precast concrete solutions, with manufacturing facilities in South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, and Florida. Metromont's primary market segments include schools, office buildings, data centers, parking structures, industrial plants, mixed-use structures, and stadiums.
