Investment Banking Firm Advises Heavy Civil General Contractor on M&A Transaction
FMI Capital Advisors, an investment banking firm dedicated to construction, engineering and other aspects of the built environment, announced the acquisition of LECON, Inc. (LECON) by Resource Environmental Solutions (RES). FMI Capital Advisors served as the exclusive financial advisor to LECON for this transaction, which closed August 6, 2021.
Headquartered in Houston, LECON is a heavy civil general contractor that provides grading, excavation, erosion control and flood mitigation services. LECON’s extensive capabilities will further complement the existing ecological restoration platform at RES.
