FMI Announces Sale of Illuminati Labs to LINX
FMI Capital Advisors, the investment banking division of FMI Corporation, is pleased to announce the sale of Illuminati Labs LLC to LINX, a portfolio company of Guardian Capital Partners. FMI Capital Advisors served as the exclusive sell-side financial advisor to Illuminati Labs for this transaction.
Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Denver, Colorado, Illuminati Labs is a one-stop solutions provider for DAS (Distributed Antenna System) and BDA (Bi-Directional Amplifier) systems. Illuminati Labs is nationally recognized for its expertise in designing and installing DAS and BDA for commercial, institutional, industrial and multi-family properties.
The company’s offering works to enhance cellular coverage in buildings through surveying, consulting, system design, installation, monitoring and equipment leasing – a high-value solution to critical cellular connectivity issues.
