(Kilian), a leading North Carolina-based engineering firm specializing in mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and fire alarm design services, to Stratus Team, LLC (Stratus), an integrated engineering, architecture, and consulting firm. FMI Capital Advisors served as the exclusive sell-side financial advisor for this transaction.
