FMI Capital Advisors Announces Sale of Sun Mountain Custom Doors to Kodiak Building Partners

FMI Capital Advisors is pleased to announce the sale of Sun Mountain Custom Doors, LLC, (Sun Mountain) to Kodiak Building Partners, a Court Square Capital Partners portfolio company. FMI Capital Advisors served as the exclusive financial advisor to Sun Mountain for this transaction.

Established in 1998, Sun Mountain manufactures high-end custom interior and exterior doors for the residential market. The company merges Old World craftsmanship with modern woodworking technology, supplying high-quality custom products nationwide through company showrooms and direct from the factory.
