FMI Capital Advisors Announces Sale of Valley Fire Protection Systems to Endeavor Fire Protection, a Platform Company of Building Industry Partners

FMI Capital Advisors is pleased to announce the sale of Valley Fire Protection Systems (Valley) to Endeavor Fire Protection (Endeavor), a platform company of Building Industry Partners. Endeavor was formed concurrently with the acquisition of Valley. FMI Capital Advisors served as the exclusive financial advisor to Valley for this transaction.

Founded in 1974, Valley installs, services and repairs fire suppression and plumbing systems throughout the Midwestern United States. The company offers a comprehensive suite of systems and services to a diverse customer base including the commercial, industrial and government markets.

The acquisition addressed the desire of Valley’s management team to recapitalize and grow the business. The entire Valley management team will remain with the company.
