Angela Blackburn

Angela Blackburn leads recruiting across FMI for all open roles across corporate services, investment banking and consulting. She partners with hiring managers to proactively identify and fulfill staffing needs. She creates positive candidate experiences by building relationships and personalizing the hiring process for each role. Angela continually researches industry trends to find, attract and retain top talent to further FMI's growth goals.

She is also responsible for initial onboarding training plans and coordinating new employees’ first experiences with FMI. She is also a primary administrator of FMI's human resource management tool.

Before joining FMI Angela was a professional musician and instructor at Duke University and Ravenscroft School.
