Austin Wicks

Austin Wicks is a consultant in FMI’s Performance practice, where he supports contractors and construction organizations in improving operational performance, project execution and organizational effectiveness. He works with clients to identify process improvement opportunities, improve visibility into operations and develop practical solutions that support long-term business performance.

Before joining FMI, Austin worked across construction management, engineering, operational leadership and IT-focused project initiatives. His experience includes managing complex construction and fabrication projects, supporting workflow and reporting improvements and helping teams improve coordination and execution across organizations. Austin also served as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army, where he led teams in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
