Becca Burchette is an assessment manager in FMI’s Training Institute, specializing in leadership assessment, competency modeling, psychometric measurement, survey design, and people analytics. In her role, Becca leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of assessment solutions that align with client objectives and support strategic talent decisions. She works to ensure FMI’s assessment offerings are grounded in sound measurement principles, deliver meaningful insights, and provide practical, actionable recommendations for both individuals and organizations.

Prior to joining FMI, Becca worked for a global assessment organization, where she developed expertise in competency analysis, assessment mapping, and psychometric measurement. Her experience enables her to translate complex data into clear insights that help organizations identify, develop, and retain strong leaders.
